Discipline and Welfare Committee
The Discipline and Welfare Committee of AIIRLIVAS is constituted with the primary objective of ensuring a safe,
respectful, and student-friendly learning environment. The committee plays a crucial role in promoting discipline
while simultaneously safeguarding the welfare, dignity, and overall well-being of students. It works proactively
to create a campus culture rooted in mutual respect, responsibility, and ethical conduct.
The committee recognizes that discipline and student welfare are interconnected and essential for academic
excellence and personal development. Its approach is corrective and supportive rather than punitive, aiming to
guide students towards responsible behavior while addressing their academic, emotional, and social needs.
Objectives and Student Welfare Focus
The main objectives of the Discipline and Welfare Committee are:
- To maintain a peaceful, orderly, and inclusive campus environment conducive to learning.
- To promote self-discipline, ethical behavior, and respect for institutional rules among students.
- To safeguard students from any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct.

Functions and Responsibilities
- Monitoring student conduct on campus and encouraging adherence to institutional norms.
- Addressing issues related to indiscipline or behavior that disrupts academic harmony.

- Offering counseling, mentoring, or corrective guidance to students when required.
- Recommending appropriate remedial or disciplinary measures to the Principal or competent authority.
- Coordinating with faculty, mentors, and parents when necessary for student welfare.
